Pentecost Sunday
We celebrate the birth of the Church of Jesus Christ in two weeks on Pentecost Sunday, May 19. We will celebrate the Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper during our worship together. Please wear red as we recognize the power of the Holy Spirit in our lives and in the life of the Church. We will be receiving our Confirmation Class into membership during our 10:30 AM worship. We will also be recognizing our Class of 2024 graduates. The Deacons are hosting a fellowship hour after our 10:30 AM worship to recognize our confirmands and graduates.
LGPC affirms these fundamental beliefs: We believe....the Bible is the Word of God, in one God, in Jesus Christ, in the Holy Spirit, salvation is through Christ alone, the true Church is composed of all persons, the Lord Jesus Christ commands all believers to proclaim the Gospel and Jesus calls each believer to a life of service and self-giving love.
